After fulfilling 22 years as the Managing Director of a public company, I stood before the change to a new phase of life as a pensioner – unbound but initially marked by free valences. In order to bring clarity into my desires and interests, I allowed myself to be coached by Ms Wagner. Thanks to her empathy and her targeted questions that were right on point, I was able to reflect on my ideas and possibilities and set priorities. I was thereby able to make the change from “full-time job” to my new phase of life in a positive manner for me.
